Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RoomDesign, an AI interior design platform that converts floor plans and CAD drawings into interactive 3D interiors. By accessing or using RoomDesign, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

RoomDesign provides: floor plan to 3D conversion, an interactive 3D room planner, region inspection, true-to-scale furniture checks, style refinement via text or reference images, and first-person walkthrough video export. Features vary by plan (Starter, Pro, or credit packs).

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under a parent or guardian's supervision where permitted by law.

Plans, Credits, and Payments

• One-time packs: RoomDesign sells one-time project and credit packs, not subscriptions. Each pack includes a defined number of 3D generations or features.
• Payment: checkout is processed by our payment provider (Stripe, Creem, or Waffo). Prices are shown at checkout; taxes may apply.
• Refunds: because generation consumes compute on each render, completed generations are generally non-refundable. If a generation fails technically and no output is produced, credits are restored or the charge is remedied — contact us with your order details.
• Fair use: you may not resell, share, or pool accounts or credits to circumvent plan limits, nor abuse free quotas with automated or bulk submissions.

Your Content and License

• You retain ownership of floor plans, images, and prompts you upload ("Your Content").
• You grant RoomDesign a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the service for you.
• You represent that you have the rights to upload Your Content (e.g. you own the floor plan or have the client's permission) and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Generated Designs

AI-generated 3D designs based on Your Content are provided for your personal or commercial project use (renovation planning, client proposals, virtual staging, listings) within the limits of your purchased pack. Generated outputs may vary from real-world dimensions — always verify measurements with a professional before construction or ordering custom furniture.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates privacy.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the service or other users' designs.
• Use the service to generate misleading real-estate imagery without disclosure where required by law.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use outputs to train competing models without permission.

Intellectual Property

The RoomDesign platform, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform itself.

Service Availability and Changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI models, features, and plan inclusions may change; we will announce material changes on the site or by email.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomDesign is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including design decisions made from generated previews. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pack giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in payment fraud, or abuse the service. You may stop using RoomDesign at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance.
